Who we are
The technical office “George Kartsakis” established in 2001, having primary activity Civil Engineering design with main purpose to offer products and services of high quality to its clients.
The fields where we deal at present extend beyond the comprehensive study of Civil Engineering Design Stage in every phase. We provide consulting services in Steel Structures design, as well as in broader areas of engineering such as the initial design phase (concept) in Steel Structures.
Our main pillars and objectives are:
• The design and integrated proposals for the proper management that each project requires.
• The excellent presentation of each stage of the Design and support of our proposals.
• The absolute consistency towards the client and the broader cooperation for the smooth implementation of the projects.
At the same time, our office is able to provide a wide range of services, including technical-economic analyses, for the assessment of various types of properties. Our office has many years of experience in this field, and holds a Certification of Valuer in accordance with the current European Valuation Standards of TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations), the International Valuation Standards (I.V.S.), and the Code of Ethics of Certified Valuers of the Ministry of Finance of Greece.
